WARMUP:
SSHs, IWs, TTTs, HBs, x 15 each. Each exercise followed by 2 flying squirrels
LBACs – forward and backwards x 10 each, OHPs and Michael Phelps x 10 each followed by 2 flying squirrels

THE THANG:
Since we no longer have coupons we have started using RDX bags (or kettlebell)

15 squats
15 curls to OHP
Core – 15 reps in cadence (rotated each round)
15 merkins – alternating close and wide grip
15 suitcase burpees
Jump rope or equivalent for 45 seconds
Rinse and repeat for 3 more rounds
(Last set of suitcase burpees was 10 reps)

Sharing the love of God, our father – Micah 4:5 “He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children; and the hearts of the children to their parents, or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction”.

If you are a father, consider how you can express Gods love through your relationships with your children (and as children with your parents). May we consider how we can love those around us in a way that honors God and communicates his love.
