WARMUP: Lap building, SSH, imperial walkers, windmills, merkins, LAC’s forward, back & overhead press.
THE THANG: overhead carry sandbags to soccer field, first corner 15 reps with bag of squats, CFG’s, clean & press, & tricep extensions, followed by Napalm (full movement of all exercises together from squat through tricep). Take a lap around field. 15 BB’s with bag. Overhead carry the next corner, rinse and repeat all exercises. 15 “light a candle” core reps suggested by Runt, lunge walk with bag short side of field to next corner. Rinse and repeat exercises. Overhead carry long side field to 3rd corner. Line up bags on sideline facing field. “Murder Bunnies” 1/2 way across. Mosey with bags Community center for wall sit with bags, held overhead for last 25 seconds.
