Shawshank has a long and illustrious history of stellar workouts led by high impact men. Today was no exception if I say so myself. YHC had a plan which would push pax to the limit, deepen the bonds of brotherhood, and set each other up for one heckuva Tuesday. Well, all of that is up for debate.
7 pax hit the streets of Lexington for SL. Boy, was that fun. Everyone returned safely and one pax returned a few pounds lighter after offloading something nasty.

Line up at big pole 1 (thanks sprinklers). 5 burpees everytime at this pole.
Big pole suicides (6 poles total).
At each pole – 12 merkins, 12 squats, 12 mountain climbers (2ct). Hit these exercises at every pole…every pole for my main man who missed it the first time.
5 burpees every time you cross the sidewalk.
Here are the total reps completed:
300 merkins, 300 squats, 300 mountain climbers (2ct), 55 burpees…plus the running.
Not a bad 40 minutes.
