When Hemingway and YHC were putting together the Gauntlet schedule, we both independently had CAT5 on the list even though it went away years back when CAT moved to Lakeside Middle and became Junction. We both felt it was one of the better AMRAPs in our region. The original CAT5 has blockwork but, since those are gone, we modified. Anytime you run stadium steps though, it’s a beatdown.
