Gauntlet Day 4: HIThursday

Gilbert America flexed its muscle this AM as 32 men posted for Day 4 of The Gauntlet. A few of us started a high intensity workout on Thursday’s at Tomahawk a few months back. Not that other bootcamps aren’t high intensity but 150 burpees and running up and down Goat Hill before, during, and after 2 scientifically proven WODs tends to require a little more juice. Y’all feel free to sign up to Q and bring some stink. 

Appreciate everyone for PUSHING THE ROCK this week. We head to Cromp Friday morning, rest over the weekend, then hit it hard again next week for 6 more days of The Gauntlet. 

Conditions: 61 degrees everywhere except almost halfway Goat Hill where it was 120 degrees
