My son’s birthday was yesterday (turned 13) and my wife’s is today (turned 52), making her 4 times older than him. So we celebrated those numbers today at The Hollow.

YHC had a “happy birthday(s)” card with exercises on the inside. We mosied to a good spot, did 4x Burpees, then 13x reps of whatever was randomly chosen, then 52x of whatever was randomly chosen. Three random rounds with each PAX picking the exercises, then mosey to another good spot, to another, to another, to the flag. We got in 11x rounds total (so ~750 reps total) covering over a mile around campus. Here were the total choices…
