Week 1 of The Gauntlet concluded this AM at Cromp. It’s been a grind but that’s the point. PUSH THE ROCK!
Cromp is a combo of Stomp (run group at RBHS – at least it once was), and Crypt (bootcamp at RBHS). Do some exercises and run a loop until time runs out. Always a good time, especially with 41 brothers as was the case today.
Highlight of the morning was seeing H4T. Miss you, man.

Cromp typically pull-ups x 5, and 3 other exercises of your choice, 10 reps, followed by a 1/4 mile lap. Tire flips are always a great option. Goal is to get 12 laps.
