THE THANG:Thank you to Ballboy for making Ray Charles sore enough to be kinder and gentler this morning! Grabbed some bricks and heavy blocks for some steady work on all muscle groups with visits to check on the gate! Ended with some football drills at the touchdown line, the worst of which, for me, was a 200 yard run.
